Leasing at 235 Grand kicked off last month and with new tenants in the process of moving in, developers Ironstate and KRE Group are unveiling photos that show what it’s like to live inside the luxury building.
To recap, 235 Grand is a 46-story rental located on Grove and Grand (across from Taqueria Downtown). The building offers a combined 549 studio-to-two-bedroom homes. The residences have all your traditional upscale finishes, along with built-in washer/dryers and views of Jersey City and New York.
In terms of amenities, residents get a 24-hour attended lobby, fitness center with barre/yoga studio, resident lounge, and numerous co-working spaces. There’s also a landscaped roof terrace with a swimming pool, movie screen, fire pit, and dog run.
