The end of summer doesn’t mean the end of outdoor events. Kick off the first weekend of autumn at downtown’s biggest barbecue festival, located right in our own backyard.
Back for its 8th year, the Hamilton Park BBQ Festival is a day-long food and music fest happening this Saturday, September 23.
The festival will be held at Hamilton Park and include a host of barbecue and non-barbecue food options.
Confirmed food vendors at the fest include favorites like Hamilton Pork, GP’s Restaurant & Bar, The Hamilton Inn, New Jersey Beer Co., Carlitos, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, and Jimmy’s BBQ.
Non-meat eaters take note, Pet Shop JC will be back dishing out delicious veggie options. You’ll also be able to get fruit-infused lemonades from Lizzmonade and organic ice cream and desserts from Milk Sugar Love.
You can’t have a BBQ festival without music, so the Rock-it Docket has gathered some of the area’s best bands to perform live throughout the day. The list includes The Sensational Country Blues Wonders, Swamp Cabbage with Walter Parks, and Keepin’ the Family.
You can check out the full music lineup and times below:
12pm: Keepin’ The Family
