Newport residents have a new coffee shop to satisfy their coffee fix. Roast’d Coffee has opened a new cafe at 10 River Drive South. (The coffee house officially opened in October of 2023). They took over the spot formerly operated by Babo Tea House, which closed in October of 2022.
Roast’d Coffee is known for roasting its own beans, which they source from across the globe. Pour over options include coffees from Colombia, Brazil, El Salvador, and Rwanda, to name a few spots. They also offer espressos, cold brew, and teas.
In addition to drinks, Roast’d also serves a variety of pastries. (We hear their chocolate croissant is a must). Roast’d Coffee is open 7 days a week.
