Hamilton Park’s busy rental market just gained a few more listings. LeFrak’s Revetment House has officially launched leasing of its 163 units.
Located at 310 Tenth Street, the six-story rental includes a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units.
Residences feature in-unit washer-dryers, Whirlpool appliances, Italian cabinetry, and double-pane windows with solar shades. Like any new luxury rental, Revetment House boasts a long list of amenities that includes a fitness center, residents’ lounge, children’s playroom, part-time doorman, on-site parking, and bike storage.
The Revetment House also provides free shuttle service to and from the Newport PATH station during commuting hours.
However, the building’s signature amenity will include a landscaped outdoor space that’s expected to include a dog run.
Designed by HLW Architects, the Revetment House sits atop a former railroad embankment that was once operated by the Pennsylvania Railroad. Prices start at $2,100/month for a studio.
