Leasing at 3 Journal Square — a new luxury rental located steps from the JSQ PATH station — is expected to begin in the coming days.
The 12-floor, 240-unit building will offer studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments with rents starting at $1,600/month. An extra penthouse level will also be available. Initial move-ins will begin mid-to-late April.
Developers Hartz Mountain Industries and Panepinto Properties have set up a temporary leasing office at 1 Journal Square Plaza to provide potential renters with information, floor plans, and pre-leasing opportunities. They’ve also launched a website for 3 Journal Square with renderings and additional info on the building. —3 Journal Square
