Downtown has no shortage of new cafes, but the city just gained a new vegan friendly cafe. Located at 60 Columbus (adjacent to Base gym), Power Plant Cafe is a new health and eco-friendly cafe operated by BoyceMode.

If you’re not familiar with BoyceMode, it’s a plant-based meal delivery company with a kitchen in Bergen-Lafayette. Owner Sam Boyce offers a variety of meals that range from a veggie jambalaya to a meatless meatball parm. Many of these dishes are now available as grab-and-go lunches at the Power Plant Cafe.
Additionally, the new cafe offers a range of 20-ounce protein shakes (from $7.50), wellness shots ($5), protein bars, and juices (from $6.95). It also carries coffee from Bergen-Lafayette’s The Grind.
The Power Plant Cafe is currently open seven days a week.
