Save the date! Hudson Restaurant Week 2018 will start Monday, January 22 and there are plenty of new (and current) downtown restaurants on the list.
Pig & Khao chef Leah Cohen’s new Harborside restaurant Piggyback Bar has joined the list of HRW participants. Piggyback Bar focuses on American bar food with Asian influences and serves mouth-watering entrees such as Korean Honey Butterwings, Kimchi Pulled Pork, and Sriracha Buffalo Wings.
Also new on the list for 2018 is Pasta e Vino. The Italian restaurant specializes in homemade pasta covering everything from orecchiette to mafaldi.
If you’re craving some pub-like comfort food, PJ Ryan’s Squared is also on the list this year offering fish & chips, burgers, and mac & cheese.
Previous downtown participants like Latham House, The Kitchen Step, and Satis are also onboard for 2018. Hudson Restaurant Week ends Friday, February 2.
Across the Hudson, NYC Restaurant Week runs from Monday, January 22 through Friday, February 9. Personal favorites on the New York list include Socarrat Paella Bar, Boucherie, La Loteria, and Tutto il Giorno.
