Newport’s newest luxury condominium in nearly a decade has officially topped off at just under 40 stories tall.
Developed by Strategic Capital and designed by Woods Bagot of New York City’s Baccarat Hotel & Residences, Park & Shore consists of two luxury buildings — 75 Park Lane and the Shore House.
The former stands at 37 stories and features all of the perks of living in a high-rise tower like a 25-meter lap pool, private dining room with wine-tasting lounge, private balconies, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The adjacent Shore House, which shares the same amenities, is home to 71 one-and two-bedroom units.
“Park & Shore signifies a truly unique opportunity in Jersey City — it fuses Manhattan-quality design, a robust amenity package, and premier location for incredible value — and is redefining the Newport neighborhood,” said Strategic Capital’s Phillip Gesue in a press release.
Park & Shore broke ground in late 2016 and the two-building development is now more than 50 percent sold. Closings are expected to commence in October 2018. Pricing for one-bedroom units at both 75 Park Lane and the Shore House start at $640,000.
