Sales at Park and Shore — Newport’s first major condo development in nearly a decade — have officially commenced.
The luxury complex consists of 75 Park Lane — a 37-story tower with 358 residences — and the adjacent Shore House — a 7-story boutique building with 71 one- and two-bedroom units.
Both buildings were designed by Woods Bagot, of New York City’s Baccarat Hotel & Residences. Amenities fall in line with the building’s ultra-luxury concept and range from a 25-meter lap pool to a private dining room with wine lounge.
Park and Shore is also located next to Newport Green and residents can enjoy current and new establishments like bwè Kafe, the forthcoming Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, and the soon to open Menya Sandaime.
Pricing for one-bedrooms at both buildings starts at $650,000, two bedrooms from $1,095,000, and three bedrooms from $2.2m. The Park and Shores sales gallery is located at 100 Town Square Place.
