- Restaurants in JC that also sell groceries
The three buildings are also changing names. They’re now BLVD 401, BLVD 425, and BLVD 475. They each offer studio to three-bedroom units complete with hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens, walk-in closets, in-unit washer/dryers, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The three buildings also offer 24-hour concierge services and 30,000 square feet of amenities. The latter includes perks like a modern fitness center, heated outdoor pool, whirlpool spa/lounge pool, terrace with BBQ grills, and a dog run. There’s even a communal karaoke room. (Just keep in mind most of these amenities might be closed due to COVID-19 restrictions). In lieu of the amenities, The BLVD Collection is currently offering virtual events via a website designed for residents.
Virtual leasing is currently available along with personalized FaceTime tours. Rents at The BLVD Collection start at $2,710 for studios and $3,066 for a 1 bedroom.
