A new 14-story rental will soon open in downtown Jersey City. DVORA 175 will bring 148 new rentals to the Powerhouse Arts District when leasing kicks off this fall. The new building is located at 175 Second Street.
Designed by Fogarty Finger Architects, DVORA 175 will offer 1BR to 3BR units. The majority of the units will offer balconies along with your usual perks like built-in closets, kitchens with fully-integrated appliances, built-in smart thermostats, and in-home washers/dryers.

In terms of amenities, DVORA 175 will offer what it describes as a Miami-inspired rooftop complete with swimming pool, private cabanas, BBQ areas, outdoor showers, and plenty of green space. There will also be a street-level café lounge, co-working space, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. (You can expect the fitness center/amenities to remain closed or partially open due to COVID-19 restrictions).
DVORA 175 will also offer onsite (enclosed) parking with Tesla and DC Superchargers and an EV car sharing service.
One unique feature at DVORA 175 is the building’s custom-built app. The app will allow residents to perform a variety of tasks from unlocking their keyless-entry doors to redeeming perks from neighborhood vendors who have partnered with DVORA.
