One of the Heights’ best burger shops is expanding to McGinley Square. Marty’s Burgers is now open at 713 Bergen Avenue (formerly Tlaloc Taqueria). This is their second location in Jersey City. Their first JC outpost is located at 488 Central Avenue.
Marty’s Burgers specializes in classic burgers made with custom Pat LaFrieda blend patties. Pricing ranges from $6 for classic/single cheeseburgers to $14 for a cheeseburger combo. (You can check out their full menu online). In addition to burgers, Marty’s also offers fried chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, grilled cheese, fries, and hotdogs. If you’re looking for non-meat options, Marty’s offers the Impossible burger along with a housemade black bean burger.
