**Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop said the city will invest $94 million on improvements to city water and sewer utilities in 2016. “We are investing significantly on both our sewer and water lines citywide, as strengthening infrastructure is a vital part of our continued growth,” said Fulop, as cited by The Hudson Reporter. —Hudson Reporter
**The feud between Jersey City and Hoboken is getting a little more heated. City officials recently adopted a measure barring commercial bikes from being parked at public bike racks for more than two hours.
