**Tired of running alone? Looking for someone who can help you reach a new PR? Whealth is hosting four events for runners this week. Each event is a 5K run along the waterfront (meeting spot is the Harborside atrium right outside the PATH Exchange Place hub) followed by a cool-down/stretch session and a healthy meal prepared by Whealth founder and chef, David Trotta. The runs will take place Thursday at 5.30pm & 6.30pm and Saturday at 9am & 10am. The cost is $10 per person. (I attended one of the Whealth runs last year and they’re a lot of fun. The healthy meal at the end is also a nice way to recharge). —Whealth
