**A new taco restaurant — Gringos Taqueria — is coming to downtown. Spearheaded by Darren Conway of Lulu’s Lounge at the W Hotel Hoboken, Gringo’s will be located at 12 Coles Street (btwn Columbus and First Street). **As reported earlier, two tenants have signed leases at the new Element Flats building at 532 Jersey Avenue. The tenants are Grove Street Bicycles, which is leasing a 3,500-square-foot space, and Smart Start Academy, which is moving into a 6,500-square-foot space. —NJ Biz
