**A new bar is opening in the former space of the Trolley Car Bar & Grill. Low Fidelity Bar (Lo-Fi) is expected to open this spring at 328 Palisade Avenue. **This Sunday the MTA will raise the cost of weekly and monthly MetroCards. A weekly MetroCard will increase from $31 to $32, whereas monthly passes will increase from $116.50 to $121. Single-fare rides will remain at $2.75. —Curbed
