**The Jersey City Free Public Library is teaming up with hoopla digital to give library card holders access to digital music, books, movies, and TV shows. Among the available digital titles are The Walking Dead comics, The Best of Bowie (music), and The Assassin (movie). **A new study conducted by the NY/NJ Baykeeper estimates that there are at least 165 million plastic particles floating in the waters around New York City at any given time. Although the highest concentration of polluting plastic was found in the East River, the Hudson River also had a high amount of microplastics, which some fear is being ingested by fish in the Hudson River. —NY Daily News
