**The Westfield Mall at WTC isn’t the only shopping center making headlines. The WSJ reports that East Rutherford’s megamall and amusement park — the American Dream Mall — just received a $2.65 billion financing plan from Canada’s Triple Five, which hopes to restart construction of the mall in September. The mall will include 500 retail stores (Lord & Taylor and Saks Fifth Avenue are the anchor tenants), restaurants, an amusement park, water park, ski slope, performance theater, ice rink, movie-theater complex, aquarium, and miniature-golf course. —WSJ
**Dale Talde, David Massoni, and John Bush are expanding their Three Kings empire. The trio are close to debuting Massoni — their first Manhattan collaboration. The Italian-inspired restaurant will inhabit two floors of the new Arlo Nomad Hotel on East 31st Street (btwn 5th & Madison). Massoni will be joined by a 2nd floor lounge and a rooftop bar overlooking the Empire State Building. The trio is expected to open four venues in Chinatown in 2017. —Eater
