**321 Warren Street — which is expected to break ground later this year — recently got a new design care of New York-based firm, Fogarty Finger. The rental complex will house 60 studios, 58 one-bedrooms, 42 two-bedrooms, and 14 three-bedroom units. There will also be a 1,400 square foot retail component, which will be next to a ground-floor 150-seat black box performance theater. 321 Warren Streeet will also include art space on the second floor. —Jersey Digs

**More than 1,000 gallons of electric fluid are leaking into the Newport Harbor. According to the U.S. Coast Gurard, a PSE&G power cable is believed to have been leaking the fluid since October. Cleanup is underway, but there’s no official timeline for containment of the leak. Officials say the fluid should have a minimal environmental impact. —NJ.com
