Fans of cheesy, melty sandwiches will want to keep their calendar clear this Saturday.
Fast-casual chain Melt Shop is throwing a grand opening party to celebrate its new eatery inside Newport Centre Mall.
This is Melt Shop’s second Garden State location — following last month’s debut in Rockaway — with plans to open a third New Jersey location in 2019. The chain specializes in melted sandwiches, tenders, tots, salads, and milkshakes.
The grand opening celebration will be held on the first floor, by the Christmas tree, and staff will be giving out food along with other giveaways. There will also be music spun by DJ Intake.
The party will run from 11am to 3pm.
