Leasing has kicked off at 100 House, a new luxury rental situated on the border of Jersey City and Hoboken. Located at 100 Hoboken Avenue, the six-story building — which is sister building to The Enclave — offers a collection of 137 rental units with a wide assortment of amenities.
100 House offers a mix of studios and one- and two-bedroom homes with rents starting from the $2,000s. (Residents can get two months free on a 15-month lease).

Amenities at the new rental are spread throughout 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. They include a lobby lounge with coffee bar, resident lounge with screening room, game lounge, bowling alley, sports simulator, and a fully-equipped fitness center with virtual exercise programs.
If you’re working from home, 100 House also offers co-working spaces with private offices. There’s even a dog spa for your 4-legged friends. Outdoor perks include a second-floor sun terrace with private barbeque area, outdoor bar, and lounge seating. Other amenities include Amazon package lockers, complimentary shuttle service to the Hoboken PATH Station, covered onsite parking, a dedicated Lyft area, and a nearby Citi Bike station. Residents at 100 House will also share amenities with The Enclave, including the rooftop heated pool, private poolside cabanas, and fireside seating.
