Leasing has kicked off at One Ten, the latest luxury rental to hit the market in Jersey City. Located along the Jersey City-Hoboken border at 110 Hoboken Avenue, the six-story building brings 238 new apartments to Jersey City. Monthly rents start at $1,695 with incentives that include up to four months of free rent.
Residences at One Ten feature nine-foot ceilings, kitchens with white quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and in-home washer/dryers. Select units also offer private outdoor balconies or patios.
In terms of amenities, One Ten includes all the usual perks such as outdoor patios with BBQ grills, a resident lounge, and a co-working space. The pet-friendly building also offers quick access to new community parks, like the 1.5-acre Coles Street Park that’s currently in the works. Extra perks include include 24/7 concierge service, Amazon lockers, and free shuttle service to the Hoboken PATH station.
One Ten is part of The Enclave community, which means residents will also be able to take advantage of 100,000+ square feet of amenities in The Enclave Collection throughout the neighboring buildings. That includes a rooftop pool deck, entertainment lounges, bowling alley, movie theater, and more.
