Despite promising that they would re-open under new management, it appears that The Kitchen at Grove Station is permanently closed. In its place will soon be Latham House, owned by local husband-and-wife team Daniel Latham of Cornelia Street Café in New York and Kris Yettra of Smith & Chang, reports Jersey City Eats.
The restaurant’s website is still under construction, but it describes the restaurant as “American Food & Drink.” Interestingly, the website also lists a “mid-June 2016” opening, which means we could see a soft opening very soon. The restaurant is currently hiring servers and bartenders. You can follow updates via the restaurant’s Facebook page.
