Apartments at Jersey City’s third-tallest tower are officially available for leasing.
To ensure that all residents at Journal Squared get spectacular views of the Hudson, the Statue of Liberty, and the New York skyline, rental units at the 53-story tower begin on the 9th floor.
In terms of rent, you can expect to pay from $1,850 for studios to $4,200+ for three bedrooms. Units will have hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, central air (a nice perk for rentals), and in-home washer and dryers.
Other amenities include a library for the work-from-home crowd, a lounge, sun terrace, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, yoga studio, billiards room, and children’s playroom. Journal Squared will also offer complimentary exercise classes and social events, such as happy hours, cooking classes, and pop-up restaurant partnerships.
One of the building’s more unique amenities is the “Sky Lounge,” which is located on the 53rd-floor observatory. The space features a retractable movie screen with stadium seating and banquet tables, for private dinner parties or events.
Residents will also have a covered pathway that takes them directly to the Journal Square PATH hub.
Journal Squared is the first of three buildings that will dominate the Journal Square skyline. The three towers will bring 1,838 rental residences to the area along with 36,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and a pedestrian plaza for seasonal activities and events.
