Bombay to Goa’s Ros Omelet gets rave review
Newly opened Bombay to Goa is attracting foodies from across the Hudson. Grub Street visited the Journal Square-based restaurant and recommends its Ros Omelet ($7.95), a street food of the coastal Indian state of Goa. The fried omelet includes chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and cilantro. It’s all topped with a thick coconut gravy and served with bread. Grub Street admits it doesn’t look appealing, but that it tastes “leagues better than the sunny-side up egg on avocado toast you eat.”
