The Jersey Journal recently got an inside look at Modera Lofts, a new luxury rental located in the Powerhouse Arts District. What distinguishes Modera Lofts from other new rentals in the downtown area is that this building — which was once a warehouse/distribution center — was extensively restored to the tune of $150 million. Located at 350 Warren Street, the 8-story building was developed by Mill Creek Residential and is slated to open on April 18.
