Luxury tower 99 Hudson continues its ascent into the Jersey City skyline. On schedule for late 2019 occupancy, developer China Overseas America is releasing new renderings of New Jersey’s tallest building.
The 900 foot tower offers a mix of studio to penthouse residences with prices ranging from $552,000 to over $4m. Homes feature floor-to-ceiling windows, Bosch appliances, and spa-like bathrooms. Many residences also offer balconies and terraces with dramatic views of New York, the Statue of Liberty, and Jersey City.
Residents will enjoy 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space. The 8th floor amenity deck will include a 3,800 square foot fitness center, game room, children’s playroom, 3,000 square foot pool, dog run, and private cabanas. There’s even a residents-only spa with hot tub, steam room, dry sauna, showers, and private massage rooms.
To create a neighborly vibe (i.e. to prevent everyone from being an introvert), the tower has a game room with pool and fooseball tables, golf simulator, screening room, and a work café.
99 Hudson also accounts for 7,500 square feet of open space and pedestrian plazas.
In terms of transportation, 99 Hudson is just a few steps away from the PATH Exchange Place station, the Light Rail, and NY Waterway.
