Where to get vaccinated in Jersey City

Jersey City COVID Vaccine locationAll six Jersey City COVID vaccine locations are now fully operational, announced Mayor Steven Fulop. The last two sites opened on yesterday at 100 Marin Boulevard and at the Joseph Connors Senior Center at 28 Paterson Street in the Heights.

“As we saw initially with our testing efforts, the more you increase access to these services, the more people are going to be inclined to get vaccinated, which ultimately increases our safety overall and accelerates our return to normalcy,” said Mayor Steven Fulop.

Residents must call the Jersey City COVID vaccine hotline to schedule an appointment. The number is (201) 373-2316. (If you get a busy signal, hang up and keep trying). The number is available 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm.

Where to get COVID-19 vaccine in Jersey City
  • 100 Marin Blvd (Marin Lightrail Station/mobile site)
  • Joseph Connors Senior Center at 28 Paterson Street
  • Mary McLeod Bethune Life Center at 140 MLK Drive
  • James J. Ferris High School at 35 Colgate Street
  • Franklin L. Williams School at 222 Laidlaw Avenue
  • Maureen Collier Senior Center at 335 Bergen Ave

Available slots tend to book up fast, so you’ll want to call early in the morning. (We’ve also found that you have a better chance of talking to someone if you wait on line as opposed to having them call you back). Alternatively, Jersey City residents can visit the USS Juneau Center in Kearny. The drive-through site requires that you remain in your car while you’re being vaccinated.
