New restaurants are sprouting up everywhere in Jersey City. In the Heights, the newest eatery on the block is The Franklin.
Located on the corner of Franklin and New York Avenue, the forthcoming restaurant will specialize in “gourmet Italian food with a twist.” The restaurant will serve brunch and dinner. Budget conscious diners should also take note that The Franklin will be BYOB.
