Two new hotels are coming to Jersey City. One will be located on 14th Street between Marin and Manila with a cost of roughly $8 million. Construction will begin next month and last two years. The second hotel, estimated at $6.1 million, will be located on Tonnele Avenue and Secaucus Road. Both will receive 20-year tax abatements and join a new Hyatt under construction at One Exchange Place (which will join the Hyatt Regency located on the waterfront) and the Marriott going up above the Path Grove entrance on Marin. —NJ.com
