**The Jersey Journal recently interviewed the team behind Jersey City’s South House restaurant. A Texas native, owner David Hohensee wants people to hang out and “just enjoy themselves,” whereas sister Stephanie Villarreal-Farid, the restaurant’s creative director, says the restaurant’s decor was inspired by their Southern and Spanish roots. Already, there are plans for a downstairs rec room and a music/concert venue inside the restaurant.
