**Citi Bike bicycle racks have started appearing all over downtown Jersey City as the city prepares for its first ever bicycle-share program. Downtown will get 13 bike stations, the most of any of the city’s six wards. You can check out the locations here. **Jersey City Medical Center-Barnabas Health will hold a free emergency-training clinic on Friday, September 11th at the hospital on 355 Grand Street. The purpose of the clinic is to teach everyday citizens how to manage wounds during times of disaster or personal emergency. —NJ.com
