The commercial/office building would be located on 55 Hudson and have 17,500 square feet of retail space, 684 parking spots, and could even house residences on its upper floors. —YIMBY

**In a letter to President Barack Obama, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie said their respective states, along with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, would pay for the cost of a new train tunnel connecting NJ and NY if the federal government paid for 50% of the total cost. The new tunnel is desperately needed as the current train tunnels need to be shutdown for repairs. —My9NJ
