Leasing has officially started at Haus 25, a 56-story tower that brings 750 new luxury apartments to Jersey City. Located at 25 Columbus Drive, Haus 25 offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with rents from the low $3,000s for a studio.
The units all feature kitchens with quartz countertops, Energy Star stainless steel appliances, in-unit Bosch washers/dryers, and ecobee smart thermostats. A small number of units also have private/outdoor spaces with views of New York and the Statue of Liberty.
On the amenities front, Haus 25 offers more than 37,000 square feet of outdoor space. The list includes a 20-yard pool, outdoor fitness area, and numerous entertainment spaces equipped with firepits, grilling stations, and cabanas. (Not to mention you’ll live across the street from the new Whole Foods Jersey City — when it finally opens).
Indoor amenities include a co-working area with conference rooms, fitness center with TechnoGym equipment, spin/yoga studios, and a Sky Terrace for private dining. Residents also get access to the building’s chef’s kitchen, bowling alley, karaoke lounge, game room, golf simulator, children’s playroom, pet spa, and dog run.
Haus 25 will also include a public plaza and a 35,000-square-foot privately-funded public school. The school will cater to students in pre-K through first grade.
