**Hard Grove has installed its new awning. The restaurant, which was scheduled to open last month, has taken over the former Port-O Lounge spot and will feature a similar menu to its previous Grove street location.
**More affordable housing could be coming to downtown. A new proposal could require that all tax-abated downtown properties include 20 percent affordable housing. **Gin and vodka fans, get ready. Corgi Spirits — Hudson County’s first distillery — is scheduled to open this month. The distillery has posted its menu online and will offer original cocktails like the Garden Party (Earl Grey gin, carrot juice, cucumber, hibiscus syrup, celery bitters, club soda), The Corgi Cuppa (Earl Grey gin, lemon, honey syrup), and A Rose By Any Other Name (Saddlecoat Vodka, rose essence, ginger syrup, rhubarb bitters).
