Mark your calendars! One of our favorite Hoboken restaurants is hosting a wine dinner. Located at 225 River Street, Halifax — which specializes in Northeastern farm and coastal cuisine — will host a South American wine dinner on Wednesday, June 28.
The event will kick off with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres followed by a 4-course dinner curated by Halifax chef Seadon Shouse. Entrees include white gazpacho, lamb ravioli, and a “mini parilla” with dry age striploin, sweetbreads, house made chorizo, and chimichurri. Each course will highlight one of the grand cru wine selections from Catena Zapata Vineyard.
Admission is $150/pp (tax and gratuity not included). Tickets can be purchased via the Halifax website.
