Culinary studio and event space Hudson Table is teaming up with the chefs of Halifax Hoboken for an intimate 5-course Chef’s Table dinner.
Located at the W Hoboken, Halifax focuses on sustainable North Eastern coastal cuisine by featuring underutilized fish and locally-sourced meat, produce, and dairy. Executive chefs Seadon Shouse and pastry chef Stuart Marx will personally cook each course during the intimate dinner, which will be held at Hudson Table.
