Gussy’s Cafe is officially open. The new eatery, located at 340 Third Street, first opened on June 15.
If you’re looking for the best brunch in Jersey City, Gussy’s Cafe offers all-day brunch, made-to-order sandwiches, and specialty coffee. The cafe’s online menu offers a glimpse at some of the eatery’s dishes, which includes burgers, wraps, and sandwiches.
340 Third has gone through multiple transformations over the past few years. Originally opened as Union Republic, the restaurant closed in 2016 and reopened as FM restaurant in the spring of 2017. In early 2018, FM closed, but lived on as a bar/live music arena for local bands. Then in early 2020, the venue closed its doors permanently.
