It took a little longer than expected, but Diesel & Duke’s first Jersey City outpost is officially open for business.
The New Brunwick-based burger shop has been dishing out epic burgers since debuting near Rutgers University back in 2014. It’s mission is simple: to deliver the freshest — and most affordable — burgers possible to the local community.
Those burgers consist of unique creations like the Holypeño Burger (bacon, aged cheddar, jalapeño, caramelized onion, spicy mayo); the S.P.B.B.(sriracha, peanut butter, and bacon); and the vegetarian friendly Falafel Burger (chickpea and kale falafel patty). Side orders include fried Oreos, poutine, cajun fries, and all sorts of delicious ways to break your summer diet, with everything priced under $10.
Diesel & Duke is located at 389 Monmouth Street (corner of Second Street) and is open from 4pm to 10pm.
