Jersey City is currently undergoing a pizza boom. The latest pizzeria to set up shop in the area is &pizza. The DC-based chain recently opened at 30 Montgomery near Exchange Place. (You’ll find them next to Cava).
&pizza offers a small menu of ready-made pizzas alongside a make-it-yourself option. Each pie costs $11.50 with their most popular pie being the “American Honey.” It includes spicy tomato, mozzarella, pepperoni, goat cheese, hot honey, red pepper chili flakes, and arugula. Other pies include a “White” pizza and a “Dirty Bird,” which is topped with Buffalo Chicken. &pizza also has gluten-free options (for an extra $2.75) and a meatless option made with vegan mozzarella.

The Jersey City &pizza location is tiny, but efficient. You can place your order online or create your pizza in person. The process is somewhat like Chipotle in that you can customize your pizza as much as you want.
&pizza Jersey City is open seven days a week from 11am to 11pm Sundays through Thursdays and from 11am till 12am on Fridays and Saturdays.
