The fried chicken wars are heating up in Jersey City. The latest combatant to strut into the ring is Dottie’s Crispy Chicken. The delivery only concept, which just launched this week, is brought to you by Skopos Hospitality Group.
Fried chicken fans will be able to pick from three different sandwiches: Dottie’s Classic Fried Chicken Sandwich, Dottie’s Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich, and Dottie’s “Fried Chicken” Mushroom Sandwich (vegetarian). Each sandwich costs $12 and comes with Cajun curly fries, pickles, slaw, and roasted garlic mayo. All chickens are locally sourced from family-owned Goffle Road Poultry Farm in Wyckoff, NJ.
Sandwiches can be ordered from GrubHub or DoorDash Mondays through Fridays from 4pm to 9:30 pm and weekends from 12pm till 9:30pm.

They’re a ghost kitchen, so you can’t pick up in person. They’re delivery only.
