Diesel & Duke are getting closer and closer to their grand opening in downtown Jersey City.
The New Brunswick-based burger shop just added new signage to its future home at 389 Monmouth Street (corner of Second Street). The lettering was done by Jersey City’s Laura Miller (LetterbyLaura), who recently did signage for the forthcoming Mordi’s Sandwich Shop in Bergen-Lafayette.
Diesel & Duke are renown for their made-to-order burgers with names like the Holypeño Burger (bacon, aged cheddar, jalapeño, caramelized onion, spicy mayo).
Although they don’t have a precise launch date, they told Jersey City Upfront we can expect to see them opening in a couple of weeks.
