Your food options are about to get a lot meatier if you live or work in downtown.
Diesel and Duke — the New Brunswick-based burger shop — just shared a rendering of its forthcoming Jersey City location. Specializing in made-to-order burgers, Diesel and Duke’s burger menu consists of epic meat creations like the S.P.B.B. Burger (sriracha, peanut butter, bacon), the Holypeño Burger (bacon, aged cheddar, jalapeño, caramelized onion, spicy mayo), and their vegetarian option, the Falafel (kale and chickpea falafel patty, lettuce, tomato, onion, aioli).
They’re expected to open sometime in February 2018 at the former home of Liberty Tax at 389 Monmouth Street (corner of Second Street).
