Demolition crews have officially started tearing down the former Jordan’s Lounge nightclub, which was situated next to the now defunct Nha Trang Place restaurant. (One of my favorite Vietnamese spots in any city). I’m not sure what’s going up in that space, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it involves condos or rentals. Come to think of it, that’d make a great space for a live music venue or theater. Only time will tell.
