A new boutique coffee shop is opening in Jersey City Heights on the corner of Franklin and Sherman (85 Franklin Street).
The neighborhood cafe — named Froth on Franklin — will offer coffee that’s roasted here in Jersey City by Kobrick Coffee, located at 693 Marin Boulevard, adjacent to the Zephyr Lofts.
Froth on Franklin will offer premium pour overs, artisanal loose leaf teas, and affogatos — espresso/ice cream blends.
A light-fare lunch menu will include healthy items like granola yogurt parfaits and seasonal soups. There will also be a selection of baked goods to accompany your morning cup of joe.
