DomoDomo launches new happy hour specials (Mondays through Wednesdays)
DomoDomo JC is launching new happy hour specials today. Happy hour will run Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 5pm to 6:30pm and 9pm to 10:30pm. (Excluding holidays). Specials include $7 glasses of wine or sake and $6 for a beer or a hand rolls. Other appetizers will also be added to the happy hour list. DomoDomo has also announced its famous oyster bar will be coming to Jersey City. (200 Greene)
Franklin Social debuts daily/happy hour specials
Franklin Social recently posted its weekly happy hour specials. They include meatless Monday specials, $25 bottles of wine on Wednesdays, burger & a beer Thursdays, and more. You can check out the specials on their IG page. (292 Barrow)
Winter Jazz Soiree at Madame Claude Bis (Monday)
French bistro Madame Claude Bis is hosting a Winter Jazz Soiree to benefit non-profit Riverview Jazz and their programming for the 2020 Jersey City Jazz Festival. Tickets are $85 (or $95 at the door) and include appetizers, live music, and cocktails. (390 Fourth Street)
Surf & Turf Fest at Zeppelin Hall (through Sunday)
Zeppelin Hall’s Surf & Turf Festival has been extended through Sunday, March 8. The biergarten has seven new surf & turf dishes by Chopped champion chef Franco Robazetti. The menu includes a classic Surf & Turf entree ($29), Surf & Turf Empanadas with beef and crab meat ($13), Jumbo Shrimp with Chicharrón ($15), and a Dino Rib w/ Whole Lobster for two ($65, pictured). Coffee & Crafting at Cafe Esme (Monday)
Cafe Esme is hosting a Coffee & Crafting event at 10am today. Learn to make your own set of Jigsaw Mandala Coasters and enjoy 15% off all food/coffee orders. Admission is $15 and it includes all materials. (485 Marin Boulevard)
Open Mic Night at Butler Cafe (Thursday)
Butler Cafe’s Open Mic Night is back. From 7pm till 10pm, the cafe will provide an open stage for artists and performers. The BYOB event is free and anyone can sign up to perform (max 30 minutes). Butler Cafe is the BYOB cafe located inside CoolVines Powerhouse. (350 Warren)
