Lil’ Dove Cafe Soft Opening (Monday)

Mamak House Grand Opening (Monday)

Zeppelin Hall Food Truck Mondays (Monday)
Zeppelin Hall is partnering with local food trucks to launch Food Truck Mondays. Each Monday this month, a different food truck will be parked outside Zeppelin and customers can bring their food into the biergarten to enjoy. Things kick off with Gringo’s Tacos at 5:30pm tonight. Sh!tshow Karaoke at FM (every Tuesday in January)
Get ready to sing your heart out. Every Tuesday this month, FM Jersey City will host Sh!tshow Karaoke giving you a chance to sing on stage and become a (temporary) star. The singing kicks off at 8pm. (340 Third Street)
Opening Art Reception at Hamilton Square (Wednesday)
Ricardo Roig is a local artist known for his hand-cut prints of Jersey City, Hoboken, and New York. “Local Color” — an art exhibition held at Hamilton Square — opens tonight and it’ll highlight some of Roig’s latest Jersey City prints. (232 Pavonia Avenue)
Franklin Social Grand Opening (Wednesday)
Celebrate hump day at Jersey City’s newest cocktail bar — Franklin Social. The new bar offers a mix of cocktails, dinner, beer, and brunch. Tonight is the bar’s grand opening, so reservations are recommended. (292 Barrow)
Harborside Whole Foods Weekly Market (every Wednesday)

Art House Comedy Show Fundraiser (Thursday)
The Art House is hosting a comedy show/fundraiser for the families of the victims of the December 10 shooting in Jersey City. Tickets are $25/pp and all proceeds will be donated to the families. (262 17th Street)
Bacon Fest at Zeppelin Hall (through Sunday, January 26)
