Get ready to get pumped. Base is reopening its downtown Jersey City gym this Friday, July 10. The gym will offer 1-on-1 training by appointment only. There will also be limited availability, so reserve those workout slots while you can.
Per state regulations, gyms are permitted to offer individualized indoor instruction by appointment only. If a gym is offering multiple simultaneous sessions at the same facility, the sessions must take place in separate rooms or they must be separated by a floor-to-ceiling barrier.
