Ani Ramen is expanding yet again. The popular ramen house is opening its first outpost across the Hudson in New York’s Hudson Eats, located inside Brookfield Place at 230 Vesey. This is the 8th Ani Ramen location and one of three new outposts planned for New York. (Larchmont and Tarrytown locations are also in the works)
“Many of us at MHG [Montclair Hospitality Group] got our start in New York, and it has always been our goal to bring Ani Ramen here,” said founding partner, Luck Sarabhayavanija. “We’re excited to be among Brookfield’s Hudson Eats dining options, and we’re so grateful for our customers’ support that enabled this move.”
The Brookfield Place location will feature the same menu as the Ani Ramen Jersey City location. That means diners will be treated to bowls of ramen featuring custom noodles by Sun Noodles. Likewise, Ani Ramen Brookfield will offer baos, chicken karaage, chili-charred edamame, and more. The NYC outpost will also serve sake, beer, and wine.
Ani Ramen NYC will be open 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm. The new eatery is slated to open Monday, December 27.
