The developers behind Gull’s Cove — a 2-building, 429-unit development located in Liberty Harbor — have released photos of the complex’s new 2-story amenity space.
Residents can look forward to a fitness studio equipped with Peloton bikes, a club room with a full-size bowling alley, shuffle board, and screening area, and a children’s playroom equipped with toys and books.
The new amenities make their debut as Gulls Cove’s final homes are released for sale. The limited duplex and triplex units (pictured above) were designed to combine the appeal of a brownstone with the modern finishes of a new luxury building. They’re attached to the main Gull’s Cove building, so residents also have access to the building’s 24-hour concierge and full suite of amenities. Each home has its own private street entrance, 13-foot ceilings, and private parking via an enclosed garage.
How much will all that luxury cost you? The duplex residences start at $1,289,000 and feature two bedrooms and three baths spread throughout 1,680 square feet. The triplex homes are priced from $1,625,000 and feature three bedrooms, three baths, 2,155 square feet of living space, and an outdoor terrace.
